What is Jeston Nano and Where it can be Used?
Jetson Nano is a small, powerful computer for embedded applications and AI IoT that delivers the power of modern AI in a $99 module. The Jetson Nano board is made to empower deep learning and AI applications and also comes with a 40-pin GPIO header that can be used to perform microcontroller level tasks similar to the Raspberry Pi boards.
The Jetson Nano Development Board has huge potential, it is an AI computer that makes it possible to create millions of intelligent systems, as it is so powerful it can be used to perform neural networks, image processing, and many more tasks. Both wireless and wired connectivity is available on this board so it can also be used for IoT (Internet of Things) related projects, it has also a high-speed Ethernet port for high-speed network connectivity and processing. This board also has a dedicated camera and display connector so it can be used remotely without the need for an external monitor. It also comes with a PWM and GPIO for data-driven applications.
How to Use Jetson Nano?
The Jetson Nano is a small system on a board, so it needs to have an operating system to work properly, so the operating system needs to be installed to this feature is similar to our PC. The Jeston Nano has a dedicated OS called NVIDIA Jetpack; any other OS will not work. NVIDIA JetPack SDK is the most comprehensive solution for building AI applications. Flash your Jetson developer kit with the latest OS image, install developer tools for both host computer and developer kit, and install the libraries and APIs, samples, and documentation needed to jumpstart your development environment. For that, you need to go to the NVIDIA website and download jetpack SDK for your specific and follow the instructions accordingly. Then you can install different docker containers and install applications as your likings.
