TLP310xA - High Current Photo Relays in 6-Pin SOP Package for Factory Automation and Industrial Applications
Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has released new high current photo relays, namely TLP3106A, TLP3107A, and TLP3109A. These new devices have an off-state output terminal voltage ranging from 30-100V and a steady on-state current of 3.0 to 4.5A in a small 2.54SOP6 package for factory automation and industrial applications.
The integration of MOSFET device fabrication with the latest U-MOS process with a trench structure in the photo relays reduces the on-resistance and increases the on-current rating by approximately 13 to 50% compared with the other available products in the market. The new devices contribute to the easy replacement of mechanical relays in numerous DC and AC applications, they also contribute to improved system reliability and reducing the space needed for relays and relay drivers.
