TYN616 SCR
The TYN616 is a medium power SCR from ST Microelectronics that can switch loads of up to 16A and withstand up to 600V. It is used for medium power switching applications.

TYN608 SCR (Thyristor)
The TYN608 is a standard 8A SCR available in a TO-220AB package that can be used to control medium power AC/DC loads and can handle high current surges.
BT151 SCR (Thyristor)
The BT151 is a medium power 12A silicon-controlled rectifier that comes in a TO-220 package that can be used to switch medium power AC/DC loads and can handle high DC pulses.
PCR606 Logic Level Thyristor (SCR)
The PCR6060 is a Logic Level Thyristor which is commonly used with microcontrollers and other low voltage systems for switching applications. The Thyristor has an on-state current of 600mA with a reverse blocking voltage of 600V.
