Automotive Grade High-Speed CAN Bus Transceiver with Data Rates up to 5Mbps for IoT and Industrial Applications

MORNSUN has launched a new automotive high-speed CAN bus transceiver SCM3425ASA that meets the AEC-Q100 standard and features high electromagnetic immunity, low electromagnetic emissions, and bus pins protected against transients. With a bus voltage range of -42VDC to +42VDC, this transceiver can be used in automotive electronics, IoT, industrial electronics, etc.

This device is compatible with the “ISO 11898” standard and has strong load capacity, thereby allowing up to 110 load nodes. With a 5V power supply, this transceiver support CANFD and data rates up to 5Mbps.
